A lovely campsite with friendly relaxed staff. A Penny supermarket is just 3km away and there are plenty of walks from the campsite. Great facilities with hot water on tap at any time.

This is a quiet campsite with quite a few seasonal pitches with caravans. You can only see Lake Constance as you drive towards the campsite. The local town is pretty with a lake where you can swim. The schloss was very interesting and provided an English-speaking guide!

A lovely campsite which had plenty of campers when we visited mid October. Staff were very friendly and helpful and we were glad to be able to eat in their small restaurant after a long journey. There were loads of activities for children with carts, animals to pet and a playground etc. Cycle trails close by. A real gem of a site.

First impressions were not good, there had been an horrendous downpour and the ground was very wet and muddy in places. Had rung the day before to establish if reception closed at midday and was assured it was open all day but on arrival it was closed luckily someone told me to find a pitch and report to reception after 14.00 hours. The site is an orchard most caravanners look to be long term but there was sufficient pitches to choose a level pitch on hardstanding. The reception and toilet blocks looked old however on using the former I found modern spotless facilities for which the owner should be proud. There is a nice bar and restaurant reasonably priced although I did not eat there. There are a couple of good supermarkets not far from the site. The only downside there was little of interest apparently in the area although I have to admit after arriving, purchasing supplies I was too tired to drive out and view the area. Certainly a recommended one night stopover.

We only stayed at this site for two nights but if ever we return to this area we would definitely book it again.
The site scores highly in all aspects from the friendliness of the staff to the cleanliness of the shower/toilet facilities and although a limited menu at the snack bar the food was basic but well presented and good quality.
The only negative aspect of the site was that we arrived a day or so after they had experienced some very heavy storms which made the lower pitches rather sodden but you can’t blame the owners for the weather!
Another excellent value for money site- well done and thank you

Despite sending two emails to make a booking we received no response. On arrival site was very full and we were directed to an okay pitch. Generally pitches were small and close together. Easy access, though tight to get onto pitches. The toilets and showers were okay and kept clean. Within walking distance of a popular swimming lake. Overall an okay place for a stopover, but it would be helpful if emails were answered.
