Nice walk to the beach where you find the best croissants :-). Camping is nice, each pitch separated. Toilet without toilet seat.

Very convenient for beach and walking. Up hill cycling but ok go fit or battery cyclists. Revisited several times and enjoyed the area.

Intended to stay here for four nights but left early as the area is not very bike friendly. Information said many cycle paths to the beach but there was one, to go any further was up steep hills. Pitches good only 6 amp tricity. Refurbished showers good I hope they do the toilets as they need it. Site was untidy around the entrance as there was work going on, why not do it in the closed season.

We only found one cycle path and safe path to walk from the site. Alongside the road, the cycle path goes one way to the very rocky beach, but it is beautiful with its cliffs. Cycle the other way into the village of Pourville-sur-mer, lovely Artisan Boulangerie there and basic shops and garage. Pitches are a very good size and arranged around the lake, very beautiful settings. Good MUGA pitch for children's football play and play equipment also.

When we arrived with a motorhome the pitches were very boggy. We asked to be moved and were to a hard standing near the road. On a week-end the bar area is noisy. The shower/toilet facilities are the worst I have ever been in. "Dated" or "old fashioned" are not the terms for these facilities they are dreadful. In fact the first night we were there I wouldn't go in them.

Loved this site, stayed a week, staff lovely, surroundings beautiful, grounds kept very well, we will be back.

Having stayed here in 2014 we found the site very comfortable and returned in 2015 for five night's. We were on a pitch on the far side of the lake, well away from the bar area. As weekend arrived the site filled with regular seasonal owners and the atmosphere changed from being peaceful to very noisy. On Friday night the bar area was loud and noisy until 1.30 a.m. On the Saturday the seasonal owners nearby were extremely loud and noisy and kept us awake until after 2.00 a.m. On the Sunday morning I informed reception of the noise problems and although apologetic they offered no solution. With that I cut short my stay and left the site earlier than planned. It is obvious that this site does not adhere to the mandatory noise regulations as one would expect.
