The campsite is situated along a river and there are three fishing ponds. Beautiful pitches overlooking the water and the surrounding green hills. Heated swimming pool. Chalk cliffs and beach 1.5 km away. There is also a large cycling and walking path from the campsite to the coast.

Travelling party: Seniors

Late night arrival on ferry no problem (April). Envelope left out with details of pitch etc. Very heavy rain when we arrived and missed the note on arrival details to say we could use another pitch - the one we had was difficult to get into. Used a second time going north and for local vet. This time we selected the pitch ourselves when booking at reception! Big Auchan supermarket just down the road. Some sites a bit tight to get into and you need a motormover.
Only criticism is that there was not a waste water point for caravan 40ltr containers apart from the camper van disposal which was way around the back.
For fishermen we saw some big fish caught in the central lake area.
Top marks for being able to book and arrive out of hours.

Found this gem, 15mins from port. Beautiful rural setting, good showers and shop selling essentials. easy 15 min walk to beach where there are normal amenities.

Great stop over if using Dieppe. My wife and I and our two dogs have used this site both after arriving from Newhaven and when leaving Dieppe as it is so close to the port. It is a lovely site, with friendly staff and really lovely facilities. The walk to the beach is lovely and there are a number of places to eat when you get there.
