This is a great campsite for a stopover on the way south and a suitable distance for half a day\'s drive from Calais. We decided to turn up on the off chance and were lucky that we were early enough to get a decent pitch. Next time we will book as there were people queuing up the next day. Facilities were all fine although no toilet paper provided. It was very well kept and beautiful to wake up to trees and birdsong for our first night in France.

This is the third time we have stayed here on this excellent site. The whole site is kept so spotlessly clean, pitches are a good size and owner very helpful. We have stayed for one night previously but now stay for 3 nights. There is a cycle path opposite the site and shops close by. Would recommend the Saturday market.

This is a very nice campsite. It used used alot as a stopover, but we actually stayed 3 nights. Great for cycling, and it has a large supermarket just 10 minutes walk away. Pitches are a good size, and the staff are efficient and helpful. The on site restaurant is very good and very good value.

Stayed here on way back to Calais as do most of the other visitors, Also many Dutch I guess making their way home or vice versa. Busy site you have to book in advance by email to be sure of a pitch or arrive early pm. Washroom and toilet facilities a bit inadequate for numbers visiting. No paper or soap and too few showers. Having said that the layout is spacious and pitches big. Restaurant excellent but book as well at same time as pitch. Would definitely stay for overnight in future due to its proximity to motorway and Calais.

Really good site. Very well maintained. Big pitches. Toilets cold in May but clean. Great cycling just off the site that avoids roads. Easy walk into local town. Good food in site restaurant.

We stayed one night in our motorhome in May. Campsite easy to access from the autoroute. Friendly, helpful check-in. The owner showed us to a pitch. This was good size with hardstanding at one side, grass at the other. pitches are bordered by hedges. Toilet facilities clean, no paper in WCs, showers and washing up water lukewarm. On-site restaurant good choice and good portions of French food. \"Avenue Verte\" is just outside the campsite; good cycling and walking. Supermarkets in easy walking distance, village about 1km.

Obviously a transit site and since it was high season we phoned ahead. Phone went straight to answer machine, advised to send an email. Email sent we waited for a reply which never came. Sent a further email the next day via their website, again with no reply. As we were passing and it was early afternoon we chanced it, no problems, site had plenty of space. Site reception admitted they took little notice of daily emails! not a great start. A well kept site with good sized pitches, some are drive through which is great for staying hitched for the early morning start. Facilities are \'old\' but clean and useable. Overnight fees are very reasonable. Restaurant accepts reservations and has a limited but varied menu, only criticism is the portions were huge even for the biggest appetite. Close to motorway and in walking distance of a large supermarket.

We have stayed here twice a year for the last eight years,it must be the best kept campsite in France, always a friendly welcome, the owner personally takes you to your pitch, perfectly located right by the via verde and only about 200 metres from supermarkets

Really great campsite with great management. Good facilities spotless site well positioned on edge of Avenue Vert an old railway line converted to walk/cycle path. Within 20 mins walk of town and vet. 5 mins walk from supermarket.
