Travelling party: Couple

Good size pitches, lots of activities for kids,nice lake with a beach. Easy bike ride to village. There is a bus to Rouen. You have to pay for WiFi.

Stayed for 2 nights - lovely location, site toilets are of good cleanliness- no loo seats but toilet paper however no hand wash. We initially loved this site - within walking distance to lake - the car park to the water area is an aire - we would probably stay here next time rather than the campsite as we had 2 problems- 1 The Rats - we saw over 50’rats - we kept count as they were so brazen- not bothered by people- right on our pitch - both daytime and evening 2. they were a group of young adults that joined at the weekend - at least 10 that were very rowdy staying in the statics - all of the campers were lovely and quiet - these Young adults were weird- they were known as ‘Furries’ they upset a lot of the campers and made us move on prior to our scheduled departure! shame as this campsite has the makings of a good site - think it maybe badly managed as if owners had it would be considerate of campsite guests. nearby Jumieges lovely village with eateries and Abbey well worth a visit

Thanks for your feedback.
We made the necessary with this group of young \"furries\". They will no longer come to our site and we will no longer welcome this kind of group.
Regarding the rats, the necessary has been done, there are no more. 50 rats is very exaggerated, we had about ten around the campsite. All have been eradicated.

Travelling party: Couple

The reception closes at lunchtime & doesn\\\'t open until 3pm. Site office is closed all day on Tuesdays & Wednesdays. Only French message on answer phone. Pitches had a lot of ants nests. Next to a nice lake, you must have or can hire a life jacket if you want to use your own paddleboard. We decided it wasn\\\'t for us & stayed at another site.

Thank you for your feedback and we appreciate it.
We have indeed a closure of the reception between 12:00 p.m. and 3:00 p.m. and this is displayed. In case of emergency between 12:00 p.m. and 3:00 p.m. the reception of the leisure center can welcome you (it is located about 100 m away).
For the ants we are in a campground so in the middle of nature and we can not do much for that. Regarding the life jacket we are responsible for the safety of people on our lake. Life jackets are therefore mandatory. It can save your life don\'t forget that.
