A nice site on the Beaujolais wine trail and close to Lyon. A lovely welcome at reception with a small shop and extensive wine selection. Pitches good size and they did advise us which were closest to the motorway side. There is noise from the motorway but this didn’t bother us at all. Toilets need improvement with two areas in the main block, a newer section which is a bit like a service station toilet and an old dated section. Surprisingly the bar/restaurant were closed particularly as the site was still quite busy although you could still get a glass of wine in reception if it was still open. A nice walk into Anse alongside the river though the town is mostly closed on Mondays with the exception of Carrefour. Just outside the campsite runs a tourist train which is also closed Mondays. So Monday for us was spent at the pool in glorious weather! Very enjoyable!

Quite a bit of noise from adjacent road, but handy for the small town - walk along the river, and easy access. Our one complaint was - there was no supervision and our neighbours at the far end of the site allowed their two dogs to go AND DO! whatever they liked at all times. Too early in the season to be able to comment on the \'facilities\' but we could order bread each day. Would use the site again as a stopover, but a bit too much traffic noise for us for a longer stay.

This is a spacious campsite with all amenities. Walking distance to village with Carrefour supermarket and other shops.
Pleasant river walk outside the perimeter.
Close access to autoroute

Could be a great campsite, with Tennis, Table tennis and Boules to keep you occupied but was told bar doesn\'t open till June and had to pay for wifi.
Security and noise a problem here though, as you are close to a main road and although fenced off you could see where the fences had been climbed.
Pitches were too wet for a Motorhome to stay on but staff were very good and let us park at the end of the access to pitches road..

Nice walk into town , nice man at reception - could order bread for the next day - good little shop inside too - toilets a bit basic and showers outside - but a family good stop over as motorway right next to site !
