Travelling party: Seniors

We stayed here for 3 nights on our way south.
Really lovely rural location overlooking the Loire. The Chateau de la Roche is a few kilometres up the road, and we'll worth a visit. Roanne is about 20 k away which has a large Intermarche. It also has an excellent market in the main square on Fridays. Again, well worth a visit.
Nice hedged pitches and good clean facilities.
We would recommend this site.

Travelling party: Couple

Charming little site. Bit out of the way, but well worth the effort. Facilities a little dated, but everything worked - toilet paper included! Very friendly staff. Best spots overlook the river. Superb - and ridiculously cheap! - ‘espace bien-être’ (spa/sauna). Well worth a couple of days’ detour.
Snack bar the only disappointment.
