What a great site, lovely flat pitches, toilets and showers are clean and loo roll is included (bonus). What makes this site so good is the restaurant, we were told it would be better to book, but didnt as it looked huge, when we went back at 8pm the place was heaving, but they did manage to squeeze us in, luckily for us as the food was amazing. Staff are friendly and the pool being open and heated in later september was another tick in the box. If we travel that direction again it will be on our list to stay there.

A lovely site in a beautiful location with loads to do in the area. The staff were very friendly, helpful and nothing was ever too much trouble.
The first site we\'ve been to where the site provide for total recycling including food waste.
Will be back.

Only spent one night and previously 2nights. Handy for us en route to Mediterranean hence short stays but would happily spend a few days in the area

Travelling party: Group of friends

We came here on a rally not knowing what to expect but it proved to be a delight. The site is family owned and run by them, this makes a big difference as you can feel that everyone wants you to have a great time. Nothing is too much trouble and help is always accompanied by a smile.
The facilities are good, in particular the two swimming pools and the restaurant which provides a very good choice from simple but delicious pizzas to gourmet dishes and is popular with locals which is an indication of its quality.
If you have a motor caravan then you must be prepared to take your van or cycle to get provisions otherwise it’s a 30 minute walk to the town. However there is a well stocked shop on site. Highly recommended, we had a wonderful time and will certainly be back.

Second stay this year, April to June 39 nights. Perfect pitch, superb restaurant plus very helpful happy staff - family team for whom nothing is too much trouble. We have stayed here on and off for at least ten years and can thoroughly recommend Le Coin Tranquille - the newly opened pool complex is outstanding !

As others have said a gem of a site. Shower and toilet block first class. Pitches are large, ours was 170m2 with just a slight slope. Wifi at the bar free of charge, restaurant served super meals and takeaways. Could not fault this site, staff were friendly and polite. Well done all

Stayed here for one night in a tent and the first impression on arriving and leaving by tricky routes is I would want to research it if in a large wagon..... nevertheless there were plenty of caravans and campers there.
But once we had made it we realised we had found a little gem to return to.
Reception area included a little gift shop and plenty of local info. Friendly staff, restaurant and bar area looked good. Pool area looked really nice and plans seemed to be in place to make it even better in 2018.
our opinion varied on pitches. We both agreed they were spacious, flat and protected by hedges. Personally I thought they were narrow but we both disagree on this.
Toilet and showers the best on our holiday. Modern, clean, spacious and warm powerful showers.
Defo a place to return to and even spend more time.

We were lucky to come across this nice site. It is part of a well renowned restaurant. The staff were helpful and the site was well laid out with hedged pitches. Toilet block well kept and clean. Roads very quiet around site ang good for walking the dog. Very rural and the dog loved jumping in the long grass meadows. Everything was good and would stay again in a heartbeat.
