Travelling party: Couple

Not a great start, my wife went to book us in, I realised they may be ACSI and they are, by the time I got to reception she'd paid but the owner would not credit back the difference, which of course he could have if he'd wanted to...

Very expensive without ACSI considering none of the amenities are open.
