A quiet family campsite with plenty of shade. There is a small nature reserve and a car-free cycle path next to the site. The pitches are level and on grass. 200 metres from an entrance to the lake and to a supermarket.

Helpful staff. Shade and sunny level pitches. Quiet. Convenient for supermarket and traffic free cycle path. Toilet facilities were adequate.
We have stayed at this site twice now. It is a little bit further out from Annecy than some of the other sites but it offers nice flat pitches and wasn’t as busy as the other sites. The cycle path into Annecy is a delight (and actually goes all the way around the lake). The toilet facilities are adequate but a bit dated. There are separate facilities for men/women. The reception staff were very friendly and helpful and recommended a nice pizzeria.
Great site 2 minutes from the lake super cycle track around the lake but very busy. Annecy is a must see, bus stop 15 mins from camp site crowds like Venice
Amazing the difference between the opinions here and our experience. But perhaps we are easily pleased!
With the supermarket/fuel station 5mins walk away, and a bus stop with a regular service to Annercey, it\'s well situated.
We found the staff helpful and polite. As a wheelchair user (amputee), I found the site as easy as any to get around.
Yes the toilets and showers were somewhat dated, but always clean with plenty of hot water.
Yes there are trees for shade (we didn\'t want shade) and I suppose if you park below them you will get droppings. But you can select your own pitch, and I\'ve yet to find a site with trees that don\'t!
The motorhome service point was as good as any we used on the trip. Easily accessible (no low tree when we stayed) and clean.
As there isn\'t a pool (not a huge site like some) it is a fairly quiet site during the day. There is some road noise noticeable at night, as we were nearest the road (our choice). But no more than any other of the sites along the lakeside road, and it certainly didn\'t keep us awake, or wake us up!
We didn\'t eat at the bar/restaurant but the pain au raisin ordered for breakfast was one of the best ever! Drinks prices were also very good, cheaper than most.
All in all a good value, and enjoyable stay. There were only a few brits (mainly French, Dutch, and Germans) but all very friendly and helpful.
Will we return, most certainly.
Shocked at the reception when we arrived the lady getting irate at the açsi card is no good here if you want 10 amps. All you get is 6 amps
If you have 6 amps you cannot use a kettle or BBQ. ****
I have told acsi to tell you ....you need to read the acsi manual
So every one needs to know this camp site charges extra for 10 amps.
Which we all knew because we can read!!!!!!
They actually lock your power cable in a box so you have to book out ....get released.
The site is open to place your camper, tent caravan where ever you want ...very close in some cases. You did not know where one unit ended and the other began.
The toilets are like a set from a Spider-Man movie there’s so many cob webs above, and showers NOT CLEANED WELL AT ALL.
There is a constant noise from the road and passing idiots at night shouting from the cycle route.
Would I return NOT A CHANCE there are friendlier and cleaner campsites.
This should not be a acsi site, the inspector needs to open their eyes and visit as a camper not in a jacket saying ACSI INSPECTOR.
We seldom stay on campsites and were really looking forward to staying here - both to use the facilities and have a place to securely leave our motorhome while cycling into Annecy.
Firstly the pluses: the staff were welcoming and helpful and invited us to walk round and find a suitable pitch - which wasn\'t hard as there wasn\'t anyone else on the campsite! The toilet block was clean with ample hot water, toilets, showers and wash hand basins. The place did feel a bit run down though with a scruffy touring caravan seemingly abandoned near the entrance.
The minuses were that every single pitch had one or more large overhanging trees and our motorhome got absolutely covered in green tree dust in the short time we were there. For whatever reason, the level of the narrow access roads was also quite a bit lower than the adjoining grass in many places, making it quite difficult to manoeuvre on and off the pitch. The entry and exit barrier was also tight for a large camper and there is a large tree branch overhanging the area where you fill with water.
Overall, we were disappointed with our brief stay and in hindsight should have gone and looked at some of the other sites nearby.
Excellent caravan site, right by the cycle track. Sufficiently far from Annecy to avoid the worst of the traffic, but in easy cycling distance.
Good wifi signal in caravan.
Pitch needs to be chosen carefully if you require satellite TV, because of large tree cover.
Plenty of electricity points (although, unusually,in locked cabinets, so that your lead has to be connected by the site staff), but water points are a bit thin on the ground if you have an on board water tank.
A lovely site in peaceful surroundings. Pitches are large and flat with good access. Toilet facilities a little outdated but very clean and plenty of hot water. Plenty of water pints at the end of each row of pitches. The staff were excellent and cheerfully came out to sort out the loss of power to our pitch at 10.00pm at night (due to an electrical storm). Good motorhome point with easy access for water/wast/toilet emptying near the entrance to the site. Easy access to the cycle path directly form the site and a public beach nearby. Carrefour supermarket and a restaurant a short walk away and other shops etc very near. Bus service to Annecy on the main road but the bus stop was a bit of a walk away. A site we would happily return to.
