Travelling party: Couple

We stayed one night as the site we had planned on staying at was closed. The owner wanted lots of details on check in (UK telephone number and email) and the site had several ‘loose’ children constantly riding around on skateboards, bikes and one on a motor bike. These children were not guests on the site - presumably children belonging to members of staff. Very disruptive.
Would only allow card payments if it was 20 euros - and ACSI rate is 18 - we paid cash! Complicated discussion about how many amps we needed even though it is part of the ACSI price and anyway we just plugged in where we found a working socket!
Entrance to site is very uneven for caravans.
Pitches were scruffy and unkempt. Several Garages Mort - also old and scruffy. Building materials lying around. There was a party staying in the main block which is probably why the nicer toilet facilities were available as well as the rather old Sanitaire.
Surprised this is an ACSI site. Would not stay again.

Travelling party: Couple

The female partner was unfriendly with no welcoming skills and although she answered problems it seemed to me that we were guests she could do without. Maybe it was due to being end of Summer season and she had other jobs to do. The electricity was dodgy and had to be reset twice before we upgraded to 10 amps for an extra €4. We were allegedly on 5 amps but had never had problems on 5 amps previously. The site is in a beautiful area with good, well signposted walks and an outdoor leisure area next door.
