The setting for this campsite is by far the best it has to offer. Easy walk into both the town the campsite is in and over the river to the other town. Both towns are well worth a visit and lively. River cruise ships moor up alongside the campsite add to the liveliness. The campsite itself however doesn't match the ambience. The toilet/shower/washing up block were clean, but tired. The pitches were small and those down by the river resembled an aire rather than a campsite. Electric leads were over the roadway. Despite this these pitches were first filled, but purely for the lovely river views. Not for us value for money,.

New toilet block has improved this site and they now have a swimming pool. It is a lovely site facing the Rhône river although some pitches are small and awkward to get into. Easy walk into lovely town.

Incredible view across the Rhone towards Tain. Stayed here 4 times and will be returning in 2019. Close by Tournon town and facilities. Nothing wrong with campsite at all!

A nice little camp site beside the river, don’t be put off by other reviews after 6 months travelling and over 60 sites we have seen the good, bad and the very ugly. This is an adequate site with a great location, excellent value for money at the end of July. Great for a few nights, new toilet block and new staff being trained by the manager who was very pleasant and with our limited French spoke to us in English without any problems. Would recommend and stay again.

Nice little site in a lovely location, short walk to bars and restaurants and shops. Great for a stop over or a couple of nights

Stayed here 1 night on route home from the South Coast.
Very busy site, some pitches were not obvious as between mobile homes. We had a small pitch (like a Aire) next to the river, and had a river cruiser park right behind us. They make a noise in the night casting off but was fun to watch.
There are lots of restaurants in walking distance and the town across the bridge is very pretty.
There were 2 toilet and shower blocks, both unisex and very clean.

Very very busy site. Lots of shade. Brand new toilet block since our last visit. Just finishing the new laundry.
Really helpful staff and management, they go out of their way to help and make sure your visit is a pleasant one. 5 mins walk into to town. Lovely views of a the River Rhone and the Viking cruise ships which tie up at the side of the campsite. See you on our way back.
