hygiène déplorable concernant les sanitaires.Trop peu de temps consacré à l'entretien pas de nettoyage sol pendant 1 semaine pas de papier toilette mis régulièrement temps hebdomadaire passé pas le personnel 8 minutes par jour.L'accueil n'est pas au top.arrivés pendant une réunion professionnelle donc clients livrés à eux-mêmes.Manque également de propreté concernant la piscine intérieure en 8 jours 1 seul nettoyage a été réalisé.Manque complétement d'eclairage dans la zone Y CAMPING-CARS très difficile pour se diriger pour aller aux sanitaires.Mauvaise réception pour capter la télévision.Pour un 5 étoiles manque d'animations en basse saison
