Arrived with no reservation, good choice of pitches which were all level. Fantastic view of mount Ventoux from the pitch we chose. Plenty of privacy with hedges. New toilet block for this season with reasonably reliable hot water, all very clean. Lively bar, very French, no British on site when we there. Very friendly & helpful. Bread to order. Pool looked fine though did not use it as we had the river beach & area deep enough to swim in for ourselves. Old style French campsite, very peaceful. Loved it, will return
Very unkempt; all buildings needed maintenance and painting. Lottery as what shower gave hot water and a number closed off.
2nd visit here. Camping between a vinyard and a river. Lovely. Views from pool fantastic, food still good, wine they fill up your bottles or theirs .....incredible ! Bread etc available mornings, run by a wonderful family. Vaison la Romaine 20 mins biking. pitches boundaries and good size. Good security.
Beautiful camping. Came to stay for 1 night as the one we headed for was full. on our 3rd night now. Very friendly, family run site. Some pitches have incredible views of Mt Ventoux. pool fab and swimming views very pretty. 3k cycle into Vaison la Romain. Small basic shop. bread croissants to order. little eatery very substantial servings. Great washing area. sells very local wine, exchange and refill bottles. All in all now a favourite and we will return.
The site has flat pitches some with shade, we felt the site could do with a little tlc. Good site to drive to the top of Mont Ventoux. Also take your own containers and fill with local wine from Bedoin winery at about 2 euro a litre.
