A mini holiday for us on our 6-week motorhome tour with 4 nights here, including our wedding anniversary meal out. Good site with lots of plot type choice - away from the noisy road is best. Managed to fit my hammock on our cork trees. Good meal in the camp restaurant, with flagon of local wine. Easy cycling into Port-G for ferry to St T for a lovely day out. And to Saint Maxine where a jet ski event was happening. Nice beach bars but ours hadn’t a solid roof and a thunderstorm hit us!
Wish this review had a ‘not applicable’ option for Sports and Children’s amenities - cannot give fair marks. Lovely beach with showers too.

Wonderful site for cycling to St Tropez, Ste Maxime etc. Lovely large terraced pitches with great views over the Med. San Facs were excellent. Good food shopping on site. Unfortunately we arrived too early in September to enjoy ACSI rates. (Wow)

Stayed 4 nights from 1st August. Very friendly staff at check-in as we don\'t speak a word of French. Pitches are a good size and close to the water. We got to choose which pitch we could have with the acsi card. Right on the beach front was great (4th row) however a few not so nice things. 1, showers are not very hot at all. 2, no toilet seats or paper. So you have to arrive to see someone has squat above the porcelain an do there business everywhere! Then don\'t clean up after themselves, it\'s disgusting. 3, And if your in a tent the road noise is unbearable. All night long cars and noisy motorbikes zooming past. Tooting the horns sometimes. For this reason is never go back in a tent, and I\'d definitely never go back until something is done about the toilets. It\'s a health hazard!

The facilities were good, but that’s where it ends, all looks very good on the approach in but after that they are very cramped pitches, we booked a month ahead but I feel as ACSI card holders we were very much put in the lower class pitches, although walking round there were only a few better ones, a shame we cannot put photos on here as we were next to what I can only describe as a shabby, old, mess of a caravan that totally lets any site down, I am surprised at this star rating site they allow such a poor standard, it has obviously been there a while, on our first arrival we were tempted to cut our losses (as had paid upfront) and move on to somewhere better, would not return.

As so many have said, this is a lovely site across the road from sandy beach. Good facilities and friendly staff, we did see it is very expensive to stay July/Aug. Good shop on site and easy 10k cycle to St Tropez or bus stop at gate. Port Grimaud is also worth a visit and nice walk from site along Beach. Would recommend

Travelling party: Seniors

I agree with previous comments relating to the staff and the facilities. Both are of a very high standard and if that were the only criteria for judgement, I would judge this site as superb.

Sadly however, that is where the good points end. The pitches are on the small side making you feel cramped in and too close to your neighbours. Added to that, our pitch had a tree and roots of others close to the surface making getting the caravan in and then level hard work. Getting out was harder.

The roads around the site are narrow and winding making towing even a medium sized van in and out quite difficult. Whilst we do have a largish car, our caravan is just over 7 metres long but manoeuvring was a major challenge.

By far the most difficult thing to deal with for us was that the site was crammed to the rafters, mostly with Germans who transmitted the attitude that the place belonged to them and that we British were intruders. (This had absolutely nothing to do with the staff). We are friendly people and always greet people. We found their attitude to us extremely difficult to deal with and caused us to not only leave Les Mures early, but abandon our plans to stay on this part of the Med coast. As it happened, I went to reception to explain that I was leaving earlier than planned and another Brit said that he was leaving early too saying \"If I wanted to live amongst Germans, I would have gone to bloody Germany.\"

Site really well located as mentioned on previous reviews. Staff very helpful, I had to contact a very uncontactable citron dealer and the receptionist could not be more helpful, this involved several calls over 3 days.

We stayed in \"forest\" part of camping. Facilities are new - on the beach part showers are better (water is actually flowing instead of mixed air with water). To road is very busy and close to both parts of camping. Cycling path to Saint-Tropez in front of campsite. Nice playground. Well equipped shop and good food in restaurant.
