Travelling party: Seniors

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at La Baume, The pitch was generous and scenic. The water and electricity supply were adequate, but waste water evacuation was a problem. it was impossible to use the outlet on the pitch and waste water had to be taken to the nearest toilet block.

Travelling party: Group of friends

We arrived on the day the site opened for the season, the staff were very welcoming and everything was open. Fresh bread etc. baked on site and delicious, pizzas exceptionally good and reasonably priced. Swimming pools are excellent. Maintenance is on the ball! After a terribly heavy storm, much of the site unsurprisingly lost electricity. They had it up and running again in less than an hour. At this time of year I would happily recommend the site to anyone.

Arrived here expecting commercial, crowded, clinical... got wonderful, great value and fab! Staff lovely and very helpful, one even asked us to reconsider our pitch choice as plenty of spaces and ours by road ! Pools astounding, best I've seen, tho have to start queuing an hour before they open and some peeps wld run to poolside on opening and lay upto 8 towels before leaving, not returning for hours. Snack bar food awful, but restaurant down other end was amazing. Allowed to choose from loads of pitches, shade, trees, no trees.. All sorts and quite roomy. Lovely atmosphere, well stocked shops. Ran out of cocktails and other things as nr end of season. Ablutions great. Definitely returning !!!!
