Travelling party: Couple

We went for a meal in what appeared to be very atmospheric restaurant and my wife had a faux filet meal that was inedible and the house would not accept any criticism, we’re very rude in respect to our dissatisfaction nor offer any compensation. We will not eat there on our remaining nights so they have lost custom for their lack of any reasonable customer relations.
