Travelling party: Couple

Very disappointed, as on arrival there was no one there to greet us. A note to say please phone, but then not answered. I eventually found her on site and was told to just find a pitch we liked and come back at 6:30 pm to reception. The site was also very scruffy. and unkept. Thankfully we only stayed one night, as definitely wouldn’t stay longer or make a return visit.

Travelling party: Couple

Disappointed with this site. We have visited twice before, last time about 7 years ago. Since then things have changed and it now appears unkempt and unloved. There are lot of cabines occupied by permanent residents, as opposed to holidaymakers. The pitches are large and provide shade - mostly because the hedges and trees are not maintained and are overgrown. Many of the pitches have drainage preparations underway for more cabines. Sanitaire is cleaned well but is tired and could do with refurbishment. The large pool is lovely. Unfortunately on the Sunday we were there local teens and an adult were making the pool unusable by anyone else by their behaviour - lots of shouting and jumping in, causing the paying campers to avoid entering the pool or leaving the area - as we did. the access to the pool if via a wooden staircase - rather delapitated, ,but persevere as the pool is worth a visit when the locals are not there. No lights around the site at night. We would not return unless we see some positive reviews.
