voulant passer un séjour de 3 nuitées , il a fallut que je quitte précipitation pour des
Domaine du Verdon
Pour des raisons personnels le lendemain de mon arrivée , a la réception la réponse fut simple "DOMMAGE" au revoir pas de remboursement total ou partiel
Donc passé 1 nuit et repayé pour les autres jour /jours vive camping liberté "Slogan de Sandaya : Le camping en toute liberté

Très déçu par l accueil. du moment qu on a la carte acsi on a que des emplacements médiocres.nous avons du écourter suite à un problème notre séjour et pas de remboursement.donc pour nous sandaya c est terminé.

Notre séjour fût l\'un des pires que nous avons vécu en trente ans de camping. Certes le temps n\'était pas au rendez vous 10 jours de pluie avec parfois de la grêle mais ce qui nous a déçu c\'est que durant notre séjour nous étions dans la boue certains emplacements avaient des ornières de boue devant leur entrée les voiture et camping car embourbés et personnes n\'a pris la peine de venir nous voir pour prendre des nouvelles ou savoir si on n\'avait besoin de quelques choses. Pour un camping 5 étoiles c\'était vraiment limite. Tous les ans nous partons dans des campings 5 étoiles et nous n\'avons jamais été déçu jusque là. Mais celui ci c\'est vraiment quelque chose et en plus il ne nous ont pas fait le tarif ACSI alors que nous sommes abonnés. Il nous ont fait régler la totalité de notre séjour à notre arrivée alors que nous avions versé un acompte. Nous ne trouvons pas cela normal. Les sanitaires que nous avons utilisés n\'étaient pas propre pas carrelé pas de séche cheveux rien pour se sécher les mains pas chauffer alors qu\'il faisait très froid (5° le matin et 11 l\'après midi). Nous ne comprenons pas les 5 étoiles qui leur ont été attribuées car il ne les mérite pas. Nous passons toujours nos vacances dans des campings qui figure sur ACSI et jamais nous n\'avons été déçus jusqu\'à celui ci. Nous espérons que vous ferez le nécessaires pour y remédier. Merci

Nous sommes venus par hasard mais pas déçu. Très beau camping avec des animations même au mois de Septembre. On a adoré la piscine très originale.
Un tout petit remarque, on aura aimé avoir une raclette dans les douches mais bon, ce n’est pas trop grave
