Travelling party: Couple

Had a nice 4 night stay at this site with lots of facilities. Nice sized pitches with a good choice of sunny or shade. Good washing and toilet facilities in the main block and excellent covered swimming pool. About a 15-minute cycle ride into the nearest town, which is really nice and plenty of cycle paths to take you further a field. Site located next to coastal nature reserves which doesn't allow dogs. We were there in mid September and site was quiet although neighbouring MH Aires were full

Travelling party: Family with children, various ages

This campsite is family owned and very relaxed. It’s on the beautiful ile D’Oleron full of nature and great for markets locally. The Oysters and moules are the best we’ve tasted! The campsite has a beautiful pool and the atmosphere is tranquil and happy. The site and gardens are kept lovely and there’s so much entertainment for all including boules competitions and children’s activities. We take our cat too and Ernie the Siamese loves it! Thank you La Brande! X
