This is are 3rd visit to Ile De Re’ and this is the best site so far ( and that doesn’t mean the other 2 were poor). The Lads in reception could not be more accommodating or polite if they tried.
The shower blocks are cleaned in a regular daily rota
and have always been spotless.
In the area’s required, attention has been taken to accommodate Covid-19 safety for both staff and guests. The pool area is also spotless and the families
With children were having a great time.
There is also a great pizzeria come bakery come shop come bar, and again the owners are both lovely people and very accommodating.
Only small issue which can be easily overcome
Bring plenty of mosquito spray repellent and all will be good.

absalute gem!....super friendly, they even let our friends who were not members have the ACSI rate!!..lovely pitches with huge picnic benches on them. restaurant and bar was open till the evening during the ACSI season. recommend going to St Martin and the lighthouse.
Here\'s the one negative,Mozzys! Take your Avon spray as they were going for it!

Called into this site on my way south on the Ile de Re hoping to stay a few nights. The reception staff gave me a choice of about 6 pitches at the ACSI price or I could have a better choice if I paid more for the pitch per night. I chose to look at the ACSI ones but could not get my motorhome home on any of them. They were all far too small for my 7.5 metre Rapido, they would suit a small camper and no more. Turning around to leave was a big problem as there was no space, pitches were on top of one another with lots and lots of trees.Did not stay so unable to fully rate the site but owners of motorhomes beware of a very claustrophobic site.

Travelling party: Couple

A lovely mature site with a labyrinth of pitches enclosed by tall hedges giving good visual privacy. 3 very clean toilet blocks and other excellent facilities. Access to many of the pitches would be impossible for a long motorhome due to the layout of the site. ACSI rates are only available on the standard pitches which on our visit were few in number. The daily market in Arse en Re is excellent and the indoor food section is to die-for.

Very quiet, well run campsite with good facilities and welcoming staff. Beach within a 5 min walk, local town (Ars-en-Re) 1km walk away. Supermarket 5min walk. Access to cycle paths from the campsite which can take you all over the island.....
