Travelling party: Seniors

A quiet campsite with good facilities. OK if you don\'t mind shared toilet facilities, with three urinals right in front of the door that ladies will have to walk past to get to the cubicles. Not for everybody, I suspect. Food was good in the bar/restaurant and there was live music (Keyboard player/singer, who was very good).

This was our third visit in 20 years. It is an excellent location and we can reach it in a day from Yorkshire by Eurotunnel. A great place to spend the first few days of our touring holiday relaxing into the French way of living and enjoying the local scenery.

Travelling party: Couple

We have stayed here many times and never been disappointed with the service facilities or restaurant, covered swimming pool is very nice and the owners have gone out of their way to accommodate for children with a games room and archery available. On this visit we were entertained with live music in the restaurant during dinner, being a huge live music fan it was a very welcome treat and we had a great evening. Food was excellent as was the wine and service. Definitely recommend this site .

Travelling party: Couple

This is an excellent campsite a few miles off the A16 and well worth a few nights or more as a very peaceful visit. The facilities are spotless and the staff are very helpful and friendly. There is a small shop and restaurant in the summer. The pool was excellent and covered. Loads of walking and biking around and you can actually bike to the seaside off the main roads which is easy and fun. We will definitely be using it again when we head in that direction.

Stoped off on our way back to calais pulled on to the area saying entree having Al-Co chassis scraped the under parts heavily lucky no damage but had to drive out to the pitch area and did the same (not good)
Don't drive in go to the right there's a parking area and walk to reception
Camp site excellent the restaurant is lovely food nice with an open log fire nice at this time of year April

Although approach roads were a bit narrow , entrance to the site was easily accessible. Staff are friendly and speak good English. Facilities are generally good. Only letdown for us is the lack of good dog walking areas. For this reason alone , we will use as an overnight stay. Otherwise recommended highly.

Travelling party: Seniors

A convenient site near Calais in a very quiet area. Motorhome hardstandings away from the main site in a separate area near the entrance with power and water on most pitches. Easy access to the coast and to the A16. Daily bread available to pre-order, small shop, library, excellent pool area, good piano bar restaurant also. Very welcoming staff with excellent English. Vet Clinic in Rue for pet passport without appointment but be prepared to wait a while.
Really enjoyed the site but became very frustrated with the free wifi which persistently dropped out - would rather pay and have a proper service particularly as there seems to only be 2g mobile locally. The adjacent farmer's excellent guard dog barked at any event in the area and set off any other dog nearby which became rather wearing. Despite this we stayed for 5 nights and will return, I'm sure, to this really good site.
