We didn\'t pre-book (as we never do) and this is the first site which was full, however, they accepted us and put us on \"le plateau\" which is basically a large lawned area used as an overspill area. Once I had found \"le plateau\" it was ok, just parked anywhere and there were some electric and water points by the central tree but not much shade. The downside is that early afternoon/evening the \"unsupervised\" children came out of their bungalows and treated \"le plateau\" as their personal playground, kicking balls around our van, running around inbetween the van & table/chairs.
The toilet facilities were ok, dishwashing was excellent and the shower cubicles looked promising with a \'dry\" area containing a sink - until I discovered press button operation and no temperature control, my luke-warm shower was not pleasant as the shower spray did not provide enough water to rinse the soap (The cubicle next door was better) but using the press button on the sink, it was like a high pressure hose so the dry area became very wet due to sink splashback.
Nice to have bakery on-site for fresh croissant though the baguette wasn\'t as tasty as other sites where bread is provided by a \"proper\" bakery.
Ideal site if you have kids and like to relax whilst you leave them to play with other kids, but if you want a quiet life without the noise and mither of unsupervised children, choose elsewhere!
Been here a number of times and love it. There is so much to do for the kids, pedaloes swimming archery go carts play areas. It has indoor/outdoor pool and its own man made beach with bar and restaurant. The pitch sizes are good and the toilet blocks adequate and clean. It has a well stocked shop and takeaway. They also organise trips to Disney from the site. Fully recommend staying here.
Stayed here in our motorhome for 1 night . We were going to stay for 3 nights but this was not the site for us . It is as if they include tourers as an afterthought . We were pitched on a large circle of grass , not real demarcation .
This is a British holiday camp transplanted in France , we will not be returning
A convenient site for Disneyland Paris with excellent swimming pools, restaurants and sports facilities
Poor site for touring caravans and motorhomes. Reception area chaotic when busy, no indication as to where to park to check-in and parking space very limited. No provision at all for the disposal of waste water. Facilities extremely stretched during busy periods. Staff drive around on golf buggies at an excessive dangerous speed considering there are so many children around. Pleasant town within easy walking distance with good supermarket and open air market. A few large pitches available for groups of up to 4 outfits.
Although the campsite covered a large area, the pitches were well organised and the facilities were usually pretty close by. It was an advantage to use a bike to get around into the surrounding countryside.
