A lot of improvement work has gone into this site since our previous visit and there is still more going on. We had a lovely big pitch conveniently close to the facilities with a nice relaxing view. Lots of wildlife about.
Very tempted to stay longer .

Travelling party: Seniors

We intended to only stay 1 night but stayed for 3 nights, fantastic modern shower and toilet facilities which appeared brand new. Excellent large pitch and an easy 15 minute walk into the village where there was an excellent bakery and a small supermarket with limited choice - unfortunately no cafe, restaurant or bar in the village. The site did have a bar which opened for a short period each evening and the staff were helpful and welcoming. Would recommend.

We enjoyed our 2 night stay on this quiet and peaceful campsite adjacent to a picturesque lake.
The showers and toilets were excellent and kept very clean.
Clearly, the owners are currently investing considerable sums of money on new timber holiday lodges and associated groundworks etc, and these works were still ongoing during our visit, but didn\'t spoil it. There is also a spectacular tree house to rent overlooking the lake.
There is an easy 15 min walk into the local village where there is a good bakery and a small supermarket.
We would definitely recommend this site.
