wow , best value for money site asci card out of season 15€ per night .Brilliant heated shower toilet block, adjustable temp on shower a bonus in cooler weather. Unfortunate weather restricted site movements , river loir very high . Security gated. Very quiet

the campsite is great for position. the pitches are plentiful. an enjoyable stay, again. but the fresh water pipe next to the toilet disposal. dirty & unhygenic. also be careful with caisse d’epargne atm outside camp. it took our card, gave no cash (bank account. debited) .

We chose this site based on the high review score and unfortunately were disappointed. Perhaps it was due to it being close to the end of the season but there was no bar or food available on site with the exception of bread that could be ordered for collection the next day. The toilet/showers were ok, not as good as other sites we stayed at. It felt to us the site was aimed mostly at cyclists and we did enjoy cycling from the site.
Our pitch was assigned and local workmen were allocated the pitch next to us which tainted our stay a little. We will try somewhere else when next in the area.

Open site with large flat pitches.Right on the Loire and velo route. Nice small village with a Super U close by. Clean modern facilities but water could have been hotter! 2 sets of local church bells ring 24/7 !! Very nice stay indeed otherwise. Cycled to Saumur one way and Angers the next.

showers although hot would not stay on unless button held therefore very difficult to shower with one hand on button.
Fresh water filling tap and hose for Camping car right next to black waste hose and black waste dump which is not hygienic.
Nice location beside Loire but would not come back due to poor camping car facility.
did not use food facility so hence 1 star

Great welcome from a very friendly and helpful man. Wonderful position on the banks of the Loire. Emplacement flat and very large. Good centre for visiting Saumur, other beautiful villages and walking or cycling. We will definitely return.
