Warm welcome, the pitches are grass and slightly sloping. Clean toilets and showers, washing up facilities including a dishwasher. We had a drink at the bar. Bread delivered to our van. Child friendly . It’s a woodland site and although nice too rustic for me. Would use again as a stopover. Lovely couple who run the site

We arrived on this site on Easter Day. There was no one around and after waiting for 10 mins outside of the house we decided to look where we could pitch. Being Easter Day we were concerned about disturbing owners as we thought this maybe family time. We found a nice pitch and settled in. Took dog for walk in nearby woodland. On our return the lady owner was very hostile and rude and asked us how long we had been on site and why we did not report to the house on arrival. We explained that we did not wish to disturb them as it was Easter Day and we arrived right on French lunchtime. She was in our opinion a bully!! Showers were ok but only warm. Lovely surroundings however spoiled by unnecessary greeting by lady owner. We felt uncomfortable during our stay and would not return. Perhaps only Dutch are welcome here!!

Good stopover site, very nice helpful people, sanitary block in use at the time was new. No restaurant or bar due to time of year. Would use again if in the area.

Found the owner a bit offhand to start with as we did not see the reception sign when driving in. It was above eye level on the side of their office. What made it more difficult to see was that the sun was straight from in our faces at the time. We were told where the sign was and it was spelt out to us letter by letter, in our opinion very sarcastically, so much so that my wife was prepared to leave immediately.
The owners have two dogs which were left to roam freely which we didn\'t think was acceptable as customers are expected to keep their dogs on a lead, which we always do..
Only stopped one night and won\'t be going back.

Excellent site with a very warm welcome from the owner.
We arrived in the dark and he went out of his way to find us a suitable spot to park up for the night.
We intend to go back again when when we have more time....
Excellent site in a very pleasant location.

A great all year site. Very quiet and peaceful. lovely Dutch owner who came out to greet us in the pouring rain. Fresh bread delivered to van. Good toilets with loads of hot water. Good sized pitches. The approach roads were a little tight for large units, but we had no problem with a 7m motorhome. There were some large units on the site, so it's not necessarily a problem to everyone. Would recommend.

Peaceful child friendly site. Great pool, lovely area for dog walkers. Larger vehicles should call ahead for directions, best to avoid Septfonds.

Travelling party: Family with children, 12 - 18 years

Great welcome to a quiet woodland site. Lots for kids to do, pool very good. Fresh bread in the morning. Toilet/ facilities tired, odour offensive at times. Difficult for larger units to manoeuvre through Septfonds, best to use D117, better still to phone ahead for instructions. Would visit again.

Stayed here for one night in mid December, en route home from Spain and awoke to a frosty winter woodland wonderland; this is such a pretty campsite and reminded us of camping in the New Forest at home, but with much better facilities. It's such a treat for us to find campsites like this that are open all year, and we would love to return to this one when we have more time to explore the area.

Very warm welcome from Dutch owners who spoke fluent English. Fresh bakery products delivered to our caravan each morning. No demarcation for pitching so you are free to choose where you like amidst the natural surroundings. .Village facilities within a mile and beautiful walks from site through lovely countryside. What's not to like!
