Travelling party: Couple

This is a lovely natural site. Really good toilet / shower etc facilities.
Great views of the mountains.
We were in a large motorhome and used it to go to Pont d\'Espagne. This presented no problems at all and was a good decision rather than a 15 minute walk into Cauterets and then be dictated by the bus times.
We are keen walkers and were very disappointed with very poor walks \'map\'. Thankfully we had an app - just as well.

Having come from a fabulous site we arrived with high expectations and weren\'t disappointed. From the welcome we received (in good English), to the variety of good pitches (many almost level on small terraces), good and spotlessly clean toilet facilities, a small bar and great views: all make for a campsite we were delighted to stay at and disappointed to leave. The nearby town is an easy walk and many longer and more interesting walks surround the area. We\'ll definitely plan to return.

Beautifully situated campsite surrounded by mountains. Lovely friendly lady on reception who was happy to help with maps and walk suggestions. Spotless bathroom facilities which look really new, with piping hot showers. Option to order bread and viennoiseries for the morning.
A short walk from town with great hike opportunities from La Raillere and Pont D’Espagne.
