Stayed in May 2018. Excellent site. Easy walk into Millay. Very helpful staff in tourist information in the town who showed us several off road cycle routes. Cycled to the viaduct. Staff at site exceptionally helpful. Went out of their way to help me sort out my Sat nav that had somehow lost the French maps. Food in restaurant was very good.
Ideal location to access town on foot or bike. A really warm friendly welcome by staff with a sense of humour. Pitch easy to access and level, tho not much grass. Toilets fine. Pool good tho a little cool. Didn't use internet due to cost. Cannot comment on restaurant as not used but seemed to be pizzas only. Glad we chose this site compared to others nearby on what we could see of them.
Stayed right on the river. Good quality toilet facilities, and a short walk of about 10 minutes into town. Lots to do and see in the surrounding area. Would use the site again.
We had previously stayed at another ACSI site on the banks of the Tarn but decided to have a change this time. Very friendly and helpful staff any time we went to reception. Facilities were good and kept clean. We did not use the bar but it looked fine. The wifi at 1 eu per day was effective and sensibly priced. Millau makes a great stop to break the run down and we would stay at this site again (equally at the other one).
Excellent riverside site with one of the best designed and cleaned sanitary blocks we have seen on our travels. Pitches are fairly large with plenty of shade - river side pitches seem to be a bit cooler with the influence of the river and wind. Lovely swimming pool and terraced bar/restaurant area. Easy walk into Millau which has well maintained old town area with tourist office. Plenty of supermarkets within easy driving distance. Lovely walks with superb scenery. A great site if you want to holiday in Millau.
Excellent camp site. Large natural pitches with trees. Reception staff very helpful and friendly. Toilet and shower facilities excellent. Lovely pool. Site very clean by river. Walk into Millau took about 15 minutes. Restaurant ok. Would definitely stay again. Only stayed one night
Staff - v. helpful. English not spoken by all of them. Good toilet block, but cleaning seems to take place at peak usage times in the morning! Pitches are level and well shaded also fairly free draining. We did not make use pool or sports facilities, but they seemed to be above average. Main reason for our booking was to see the viaduct and visit the town. Excellent site for both. We would happily revisit this site.
Very nice site within easy reach of the town. We had a nice friendly reception most things being described to us. The shop had all the essentials, bread has to be ordered the day before.
The pitches are spacious with sun or shade. Many have trees in them which may be difficult for larger units. There is a very nice pool area with a children's pool.
The toilet block is nice and kept clean. My only niggle is the insistence of staff to close off large parts of the shower toilet area from around 7.30 am when most people want to use them. They are sealed off for cleaning but the staff just disappear into their little room instead of getting on with it. This only prolongs the inconvenience.
Excellent site, one of the best we have stayed at. Large pitches with un and shade. Friendly, helpful staff, good entertainment, fantastic new toilet and shower block and the heated swimming pool was a big hit with the kids. Lovely town centre close by and lots to do.
