Pleasant site with easy access and good facilities. Arrived on a day when there was a cider and dragons festival in the town which was a nightmare to drive through but entertaining to visit. Lovely beach walking.

A number of units had all arrived at once, causing mayhem at the entrance but when I hooted, they raised the barrier to let me through. The reception staff were great - because of the crush, I asked to be allocated a space and got a pitch next to the beach access (great for the dog). Pitches vary from generous to super-generous, but they aren’t necessarily level.
There was only one facility block open - mixed gender. The chemical emptying point inside next to the open urinals meant it was a bit smelly inside. Not sure why they need a coded entry

Stayed one night on way home. Great location on beach and near town. Small site. Pitches ok bit cramped round the site but not too bad. Toilets old but clean. Beach is amazing just off site.
Disappointed take away and restaurant shut even though site full. Unfriendly and rude staff.

Good clean facilities although toilets are mixed with urinals in clear view!
Pitches a reasonable size, but the place feels claustrophobic. Site roads are a bit tight for big boys.
Clearly this is a good site particularly for young children, but not for us.

An excellent site right next to beach with own access to the beach. When we stayed for one night as a stop over there were strong winds so we avoided the pitches closest to the beach but others only a short walk. Facilities clean and plenty with helpful and friendly staff.

We only stayed here for 1 night on our way to the Loire. We arrived late evening and did find the campsite a little difficult to find in the dark. The owners were wonderful however in directing us, waiting for us at the gate and helping us to locate our pitch as by this time it was almost 11 p.m. The toilet facilities were very good. We left early next morning so I cannot comment on the other facilities.

We stayed 1 night in our Motorhome. Easy check in though needed cash as minimum charge for card. We were allocated a pitch, this was of reasonable size and near the beach. Toilet block accessed via door code. Clean, showers OK. Merville an easy walk along the beach for lots of restaurants & shops.

We stayed one night late October. We could choose our site. We were by the beach. Private sites with thick hedges in between. WiFi 4€ 24hrs. Signal quite good but could only connect one device at a time. Washing machine and dryer 4€ each.
Well maintained site. 10 mins walk along the beach to the boulangerie/patisserie (not the best one I have been to) and Carrefour. Market on Thursday. Very nice campsite. Reception very helpful and pleasant.

Excellent location right on a wonderful beach. Great for both cycling and walking. Good for local shops and within easy reach of the lovely old market Town of Cadbourg. Don't miss the Saturday market it's an absolute must. All the staff was first class and they found me a site near the port on the last day recommend this site to anybody.
