Travelling party: Couple

Great site very helpful staff. Pool open on May which is unusual bit great. We'll stocked shop. Restaurant menu looked great but we didn't use it but plenty of other campers did. Would definitely stay again

We loved this site. It’s relaxing and spacious.Ok maybe a bit rough round the edges if you’re comparing to CAMC in UK but lovely location, good size pitches, sun and shade and abundant birdsong. Restaurant above average for camping site. Easy walk into Verdun especially to citadel. Would very happily return, and definitely recommend.

Given a pitch a long way from any decent sanitary facilities. No water in washing up sinks, most of the electric sockets did not work. Sanitary facilities were grim. Meal in the snack bar was reasonable, although a long walk from our pitch, especially for my husband who cannot walk very far. You have been warned

Very friendly at reception, big pitches. Toilet block was old but had new facilities with plenty of hot water, very clean. This is a perfect place to stay when visiting historic Verdun. Good washing machines.

Very good for visiting battlefields etc. town just a short walk away and nice riverside bars and restaurants. Very good tourism office in the town. Facilities a bit tired but clean.

A very friendly and welcoming site. Fresh bread and croissants available every morning. Restaurant was busy even though it was low season and the menu was simple, tasty with generous portions. The pitches were flat and well defined. It was an easy walk into Verdun with all its WWI history. There are lots of bars and restaurants by the river. Well worth a visit.

We were there in low season and part of the swimming pool and toilets were being refurbished hence the scores but the facilities were great for us and we have no doubt the site will be up to scratch ready for high season.
Would recommend the site.

Stayed here for 2 nights. staff at reception on arrival & departure were very pleasant & spoke enough English to get by. sanitary facilities in process of renovation so had to share toilet facilities with both male & female. Surprised no hand wash basin in toilet block! Not all cubicles open so in the morning toilet paper had run out!Shower room warm, but water not very hot!
Had meal in restaurant which was very nice.
Cannot comment on pool, sports activities as pool not open & had no young children.
Walk into town approx 1Km , very interesting for WW1 history. Citadelle museum interesting.
Would definitely stay here again if in area. thank you.
