Used this site for two days, on way to spain in our 6.99 mtr motorhome, with bike rack. Given a pitch number by the beach end and told where the water supply was. Heading for the water corner indicated, we were gobsmacked to find someone washing a canoe and a very tight corner, less than 45 degrees, to get round. A four point turn squeezing round bushes later, we headed to the pitch. With the rubbish bins and parked cars, there was no way to get in, without damage, so we headed back to the reception. We said that without a few better choices, we would have to leave. Three choices were given. One again behind other full pitches, another behind the swimming pool, with only one we were prepared to use. Our stay then followed a fairly good path. Beach lovely and close, pool looked great, as did the restaurant. The town although beach shopping really, was acceptable . The sanitaires were very good also. We will not use again if other choices are available
Good site right on the beach and close to Ste Marie and Canet villages with good cycle paths. The beach is half naturist and half 'cozzies' but the former was most popular. Compact but flat pitches with green borders and excellent sanitaires. The only real complaint was the poor welcome from a rather frosty woman on reception who should perhaps value her customers a little more, otherwise great site.
The most wonderful campsite I have ever stayed on, beautiful environment with lovely trees and flowers. Pool stunning and loved the Hammam. Restaurant good, nice atmosphere. Park grounds huge with farm and crazy golf, great place if you had children. Naturist beach on the left direct from site , textile beach on the right. Chilled out little resort, very unpretentious nice restaurants. Food in shops very expensive locally so stock up first
This is an excellent site that comes highly recommended. This was our second time staying here and we would have liked to stayed longer (5 nights this trip 2 weeks the other trip). The owners take great care in making this a special place with lots of hidden treasures to be found. They have recently completed a new toilet/shower block that includes a fountain and fish ponds. We are always amazed at how lovely the grounds are maintained with flowers, trees, bushes and the pool area kept very clean. We have enjoyed all the facilities on site, out on the beach and around the village. We will be back, hopefully sooner rather than later!
Stayed for 8 nights on this very relaxed campsite which had easy access to the beach and cycle routes from the camp entrance. Pool and spa facilities very nice. Staff very helpful.
We stopped for and overnight and stayed for three. We had a choice of being near the beach or the pool and opted for the beach. 20yds from the beach! Bird watching on the local lake. The beach is stony so very few kids out of season, perfect! The facilities were spotless, the staff helpful and efficient. We plan to return in September with our bicycles.
Great campsite, village only 5 minutes walk away with lovely little shops. Great for bike riding as on the flat. Many places to access the beach from the village but also good direct access from the campsite. You can choose to be near the pool or the beach.
We were to stay for 3 nights and ended up staying for 9. The campsite is very nice with a lot of things to see and do. The owners and staff take pride in the facilites which were all clean and everything in working order. The pool is great for relaxing and the beach easy to access via the campsite, the food was good and staff very nice. We will return for a holiday.
