Travelling party: Couple

A lovely site with large pitches surrounded by lovely trees of varying varieties. The majority labelled as per an arboretum. Three shower blocks (mixed) but only one opened which got busy on Mayday bank holiday weekend. Push button with plenty of hot water for washing up and showering. The pool was open and kept clean, had a nice dip temp c.20 degrees. Restaurant opens from Thursday to Monday evenings (low season). Washing machine E4 (2 machines) and a tumble dryer. The village is a short walk from the site with baker, butcher, fishmonger, small Proxy supermarket and a market every Thursday morning. A peaceful location. Would definitely return.

The campsite is set amongst beautiful trees. The campsite is kept beautiful by the gardeners and cleaners. The food at the restaurant is excellent. Improvements to the pool make it much easier to get in and out. The staff are very friendly.

We have been coming to this campsite for over 7 years and could not think of a more special place to call our French ‘home’. It is placed brilliantly between the mountains and the Med. The campsite is an oasis of calm and cool shade with its abundance of shady trees, which you can tell the owner Sebastian cherishes as he knows all the tree types by name. The new pool is also amazing and at times, even in high season, you can be swimming in alone. The staff couldn’t be more helpful too. This campsite is definitely “our happy place”.
