This is the second time we have stayed here. It is an excellent site with plenty to do. It is not cheap at full price but excellednt value with out of season discount card. It has all the facilities you could wish for.
Evening entertainment is French focussed but still good. The pools are really good and there are lifeguards on duty.
a great campsite, large, well organised, plenty for families. direct access to long sandy beach. a really good trip out is a day in collioures. you can get there easily on the one euro bus which stops near the campsite.
This is a site aimed at families. You can walk to the beach and to a mini road train that takes you into the resort proper. This site is a bit faded so not 5*. The site next door had loud entertainment blasting until late at night. The pool was full of teenagers playing so it was difficult to swim. The toilet block was good and there were plenty of showers.
Very well run site will all the facilities you could require. Wifi on the temperamental side and pretty slow. Shop ok but lacked a good selection of fresh meat. Restaurant food ok, good selection of take away food. Site has direct access to a part sandy part stone beach- water shoes essential. Will definitely return.
What a brilliant campsite. Probably the best I have ever stayed on. Large pitches in shade, a big site so they have lots of things to do. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Free wifi over the whole site and at fibre broadband speeds. Pool is superb and amazingly clean. Toilet facilities very good, free entertainment every night, excellent shop, excellent restaurant with food from cheap to expensive depending on your taste. Very well managed site. Highly recommended. And super cheap for what is provided.
We arrived early May so site had not been open long. Reception spoke good English and we were given a site map and told to walk around and chose a pitch anywhere in the red or blue sections. Facilities were pointed out on the map. There were a large number of rental tents in the red section so we chose a pitch in the blue section. The pitches are of a good size and level. On returning to reception, we were told that the pitch we chose was booked in 5 days time or we could have the one next door, which we took not knowing how long we were staying for. The site is virtually on the beach with three gated access points to it, each with a shower and tap to rinse the sand off on your return. The sanitary blocks are dated but kept very clean with plenty of hot water for showers, washing and washing up etc. The heated swimming pool area is very large and being updated for this season. There is a well stocked "Casino" shop on site and a good restaurant and takeaway. Excellent value site.
A very busy site that is popular with both German and Dutch families. Pitches are a good size and offer shade from pine trees with cones the size of rugby balls regularly falling, be warned. Toilet facilities are a plenty. Slightly dated though spotlessly clean. Pool/Entertainment/Games area excellently set up with ample snacking and bar areas. A huge floodlit boules area proved to be very popular. The site was only half full when we visited, facilities might be stretched in high season. The only down side for us was the constantly high winds. We arrived on a calm afternoon and erected our canopy for additional shade, 6am the next morning we were out (with everyone else) struggling to take it down for the fear of losing it. It didn't go back up for the rest of our stay. Over all a great site, ideally located for the dog friendly beech and we would definitely revisit.
