Travelling party: Seniors

Grote luxe camping met merendeels huur accomodaties. Ruime vlakke plaatsen, door hagen gescheiden. Niet te veel bomen, die goed teruggesnoeid waren. We kwamen op de openingsdag aan met een vrijwel lege camping. De volgende dag (paasweekend) stond hij al goed als vol met Duitsers. Volop activiteiten op de camping. Prima fietsen naar Beziers of Vias plage. Gratis wifi, die er met een volle camping moeite mee heeft. Fraaie zwembaden. Dat je het hoogste CC-tarief betaalt snap ik.

Sfeer is geweldig, mooie tuinen en grote plekken. Heerlijke bakker, leuk winkeltje. Aan de middellandse zee met mooie zwembaden.

Prima verblijfplaats voor het naseizoen De naam van de camping zegt het al zanderige grond maar was voor ons geen probleem. Zwembaden voor ons geen must maar wel zeer prettig

Travelling party: Family with children, 4 – 12 years

Mooie ligging aan de zee en ideaal om van hieruit met de fiets tochten te doen langs het kanaal du midi. Prachtig strand, mooi zwembad maar veel te klein(tijdens het seizoen). Iedereen zit er opeen gepakt. Veel te veel mensen voor de kleine oppervlakte aan het zwembad. De kinderen moeten ook 1m20 zijn om van de glijbanen te mogen. Echt jammer, onze 2 kinderen kwamen 5 CM te kort. Met als gevolg geen glijbanen. Echt triestig. Dan maar genieten van het strand. Het sanitair is ook verouderd en niet proper. Prijs kwaliteit is dit voor een kampeerplaats absoluut veel te duur. We komen hier zeker niet meer terug. De huisjes vallen misschien wel mee maar ze staan alvast ook bijna op elkaar. Onze camperplaats viel gelukkig wel nog goed mee qua schaduw en oppervlakte.

Zeer goed onderhouden, aardig personeel, leuke kinder begeleiding.
Min puntje: iets te streng in het zwembad betreft spelen met een bal en de te strenge eisen betreft de glijbanen voor kleinere kinderen.

We hebben in 2016 op deze camping gestaan. Dit jaar weer 1 week gestaan, maar met iets minder genoegen. Het aantal kampeerplaatsen is weer drastisch verminderd: nog ruim 100 kampeerplekken op een paar stukjes van de camping. De rest staat overvol met ruim 640 huisjes en stacaravans. Daardoor te weinig aandacht voor de 2 nog overgebleven verouderde, soms onfris ruikende toiletgebouwen. Groot minpunt en dus te verbeteren punt is verder de afvalverwerking. Bij de 2 toiletgebouwen staan een aantal dezelfde afvalcontainers waar iedereen noodgedwongen alle afval in gooit, omdat er geen aparte glas-en plastic containers staan. Wil je je afval zoals plastics en glas scheiden dan moet je dat zelf noodgedwongen buiten de camping naar de glas- en plastic container brengen. We hebben genoten van het zwembad met de heerlijke balneo en ook de directe toegang naar het strand met afspoelgelegenheid was prima! De horeca prijzen op de camping zijn behoorlijk hoog. Veel gasten bezoeken daarom de veelal goedkopere horeca direct buiten de camping. Onze indruk was ook, dat er steeds minder Nederlanders deze camping bezoeken. Naar ons idee is Les Sablons steeds meer een echt Frans vakantiedorp-resort geworden.

Wij staan op dit moment op de camping, mooiste plek die je maar kan vinden. In juni ook geweest en bleek de receptie dicht te zijn van 13 - 15 uur. Ik weet dat het een Frans gebruik is. Maar voor mensen die uit het buitenland komen vind ik het klant onvriendelijk om voor een dichte deur te komen. Deze camping voelt voor ons als thuis na al die jaren, maar zorg ervoor dat al je personeel, ook snackbar, engels spreekt. Hoewel wij ons best doen om jullie taal te spreken, is een 5* camping het aan zijn gasten verplicht om met ons engels te spreken als we er niet meer uit komen. Verder blijft het voor ons een top camping. De bakker is top, net als de Spar.

Prachtige camping, vlak aan zee. Niet ver van verschillende grote steden. Prachtige fietspad langs het Canal du Midi. Mooi zwembad en relexbaden.
