Approach over 2 narrow \"barrieres\"/dams and then easily accessed, even though madame was on lunch break. Pitches were sizeable and easily accommodated van, car and awning. Reception was very friendly and welcoming. The village, with its 2 bars, was on the doorstep as was the Rhone. The local area was worthy of exploration, especially Tarascon/Beaucaire and could be done easily on bike. We intended staying for 4 nights but left after 2 as some of our group were not impressed by the sanitaires which could benefit from an update.

A good site on the banks of the river Rhone, a good location for visiting Nimes, Arles, Avignon and the Camargue. It is on the edge of Vallebragues village which has small but adequate facilities such as a baker, mini-market and garage. Supermarkets are further afield and require a car journey.
The pitches are adequately sized and fully serviced - water, power and drainage. The unisex toilets are old but clean. Some have seats and there is paper outside the block. The pool and bar looked OK but were closed as we were there in early season. The site was about 50% full at this time with most people staying three or four nights - we stayed for 11!
English is spoken by the friendly reception staff. Happy to recommend this site for couples seeking a quiet spot - may not suit teenagers though.

A pleasant enough site for one or two nights. Toilet block dated but clean although half were closed off when we were there at the end of May. Good sized pitches.

Probably the friendliest welcome to a campsite ever! The girls Helena and Miriam are so enthusiastic about the site and do their very best to provide information to help you get the most out of your stay! The shower blocks are traditional and old but consist full privacy shower cubicles, washbasin cubicles, laundry and food/cleaning preparation rooms. All separated from each other. A bonus as I don't like toilets next to showers! Showers were powerful and hot! Our pitch was quite large and fully serviced which was fantastic. It was September so the site was quiet and tranquil but I'm sure even in the high season you'll still find it peaceful! The little town Vallabregues is 100 mts away with a couple of bars and restaurants and a very well stocked mini-market with everything you could want at very similar prices to large supermarkets! It's a very quiet and peaceful town and the campsite had easy cycling routes directly outside and lovely walks along the Rhone. Terascon and Beaucaire are beautiful to visit and within east cycling distance about 7km! Perfect to visit Avignon and Saint Remy! We've loved our stay here and we will come back. Stayed 7 nights but wish we had longer!! Ladies you are doing a great job with this site x

We stayed for 14 nights and enjoyed our visit. Although the facilities may be old they functioned well and were always well maintained by the staff. The pitches are large with electric, water and drainage on each. There are a good mix of trees to provide any required shade for each pitch.
The site is adjacent to the local town were the local shops provide the basics at reasonable prices.
Ideal location for visits to Avignon, Nimes and Arles
