Great location but significant cons: very loud nightclub 1-3 AM next door, WIFI is pitiful, and shuttles/metro costs add up - but that is Paris I suppose. Be careful of green zone for older campers!

A very convenient campsite. Lots of trees. Traffic noise. The campground does have its own bus but we always use the bus 244 which takes you to the metro at Porte Maillot. It runs frequently and takes approximately 15 mins. The bus stop is about 5 mins walk. You can buy a ticket on board £1.90 for one trip, but you can use the Visite card of course, although I thought the carnet of 10 tickets is better.

- The pitch was disgusting with the cobbles, hard ground whereas we couldn\'t even put the pins of the tent in.
- The price is ridiculously expensive even if it\'s close to the city of Paris
- The showers, toilets, wash basins, disgustingly dirty, old and no maintenance for a very long time.
Will NOT recomend this camping site to anyone - avoid it!!!

Travelling party: Young couple

We stayed at this campsite for three nights and had a very enjoyable stay. The facilities are great: reasonably priced shop, delicious pizzeria and the toilets and showers were not bad compared to a lot of campsites but not brilliant. There is a shuttle bus service from the campsite that takes you to a metro and from there you can get anywhere in Paris. There is also much to see in the area surrounding the campsite. During an evening walk, we discovered some fantastic caves and waterfall. The only big problem is the noise. We were right near the entrance and coaches seemed to go in and out of the campsite at all hours. Some would also park up and leave their engine running for an hour at a time so getting a good night's sleep was not always possible. However, as a young couple, this was not a big issue for us.

Travelling party: Young couple

We were originally planning to stay for 3 nights but we hardly slept during the first night due to being around 3 metres from a very busy road, so we left in the morning. The staff on the site were good enough to return our money for the unused days, but on arrival I wouldn't say they were being friendly. Good points are that you are close to the Paris and it is easy to get to from the west by car but it is a good 30 minutes walk to the closest Metro. There was a useful shop on site too.
