Travelling party: Couple

Overnight in August. Perfectly adequate for that. Town is an easy walk, and is very interesting. Find your pitch, plug in, and rest…..lots do. Toilets, etc are, ok , but not the best. Most people comment on sanitary facilities in reviews, so it seems logical to us, that to score well, emphasis should be put into making the best of a campsites offering. Paper, soap, hot water etc should be normal, and of good standard.c

Travelling party: Couple

The shower/toilet facilities are dated but clean with hot showers, no toilet paper provided. The site is very near the N10 so there is constant road noise and the access is very tight for a large caravan or motorhome but once on site the pitches are large and level. Verdome is a good stop off point but I’m not sure I would I stay here again.

very friendly reception, small shop with the basics. Very nice food in the evening. EHU fine - didn’t need an adapter. toilets and showers OK. Grass pitches, not well defined when we were there but didn’t matter. We were going to stay a day but extended because the site is so calm and a short walk to the lovely town of Vendôme. We will visit again.
