the campsite is as described however we have fallen foul of miscommunication with Sandaya. the book now facility on the app wasn’t working so emailed Sandaya to be informed to book directly with their website using the ACSI rate (there wasn’t one) so they charged us more and upon arrival unhelpful even when we asked to book larger pitch. Sandaya customer service team denied telling me to book directly. just be careful if you have similar issues

Travelling party: Seniors

Wij wilden graag met de Acsi Card 2 nachten op deze camping staan maar dat was niet mogelijk. Wel de duurste optie met prive sanitair. We waren hier al op voor bereid door andere beoordelingen en toch voelt het raar als je ziet dat er wel open plekken zijn op de Acsi-veldjes. Kregen wel een vergelijkbare korting op de locatie met prive sanitair. Helaas hadden de vorige bewoners al hun rommel achtergelaten en dat was niet door de camping opgeruimd. Grote vuilniszak vol troep, enkele lege flessen en een paar vieze luiers in de prullenbak van het sanitairhuisje. Ook de wastafel en het buitenaanrecht waren vies. Erg jammer allemaal. Wel mooie ruime plek met veel schaduw. Een groot pluspunt als het +30 graden is.

Volgens de receptie waren de acsi-korting plaatsen bezet.
Wij hebben dit geaccepteerd. Bij kontrole blijkt het veld voor de acsi-korting half vol en de plaats ook vrij.
