Travelling party: Couple

This is a lovely campsite where you will get a warm welcome from the couple who run it. The pitches are large and quite private and the toilets and showers are all spotless. We ate at the restaurant/bar one evening and the pizzas were good and well worth the money. The pool is lovely and there is plenty of activities for kids. The village is 5 mins walk and has several shops and a large supermarket. There’s good cycling to be had and the lake is definitely worth a visit.

Travelling party: Couple

new owners for 2024, so forget older poor reviews. Site is lovely, a short distance from village centre.The owners are very obliging and the facilities are good, clean and up to standard. Restaurants in villages are good and there are 2 bakers available. Market is Wednesdays. Fishing lake is worth a try. Didn't try the pool, so only 3 stars.

Well positioned delightful campsite between the A20 and the Creuse valley. Peaceful and spotlessly clean, with a lovely pool and very friendly hosts. We intended to stay two nights on our way south and found it difficult to leave. We stayed six nights and look forward to returning. There is so much to do and see nearby.
