Travelling party: Couple

A very nice little campsite for overnight or short stays. Friendly staff good level serviced pitches. Heated shower and toilet block. Good children play area. Easy accessed and close to town centre. Showers were nice and hot . Will definitely return in the future. Decent dog walking off site beside river area

Travelling party: Couple

Site close to interesting town ( about 20min walk). Cycle routes starting from the site along the river. Fairly busy transit site but quiet considering proximity to road and town.

Has the feel of a municipal campsite without the residential side. There are chalets around the edge when we stayed for 3 nights one chalets residents were talking and bbq ing till the early hours which I complained to reception about the next day. The shower blocks are cleaned twice a day but more of a wipeover rather than a deep clean. Fantastic town for things to look at. Lots of people only staying one night so we saw plenty of arrivals then departures early next morning. Would use again and stay away from chalets!! ps THERE IS NO SWIMMING POOL THE ACSI BOOK IS WRONG!!!

Good one night stop. Marked out hedged shared for two pitches which means limited space.
Close to Bourges town centre which is well worth a visit. Can be walked in 15 min.
Acsi information is incorrect in the fact there is no swimming pool on site or nearby. Saw signs for picine in 100m but this had been crossed out - Acsi please update your amenities info.

Travelling party: Couple

Well maintained site on the edge of town. Good heated and very clean (twice daily cleaning) toilet and shower block (toilet paper provided). Efficient staff but not very chatty probably as only staying one night. Pitches without hedges or demarcation and suite small Quiet in spite of proximity to main road. Perfect for a stopover or visit to Bourges. We will use it again.

Travelling party: Couple

A good site 15 minutes walk from historic Bourges. Good access off a main road but minimal traffic noise on most pitches. Large level open hardstanding pitches in centre of site. Hedged pitches with more shade around the perimeter. Would return.

We used the site as an overnight stop when travelling from the Loire to Burgundy regions. We have a 6m motorhome.

Although some of the pitches are gravel we had a nice shaded pitch with high hedges on 3 sites. The power outlets also house a fresh water tap and a large drain, so very handy having all these next to the pitch.

We booked in advance over the web and the site had all our details when we arrived. Like many we wandered into the town (about 15 minutes) which is well worth a visit.

Most people seemed to be overnighters like us. We would use the site again and be happy to stay there longer if we were visiting the town/region.

Travelling party: Couple

Ideal site for visiting Bourges and its cathedral. Very disappointed that there was no pool despite being advertised (we arrived in temperatures of 30C and we were looking forward to cooling down in the pool!). Pitches vary from very open ones to those with hedges. Interesting museum for the ‘Resistance and Deportation’ just 20 minute walk from the site. Toilets and showers very clean. Definitely worth a couple of nights stay to visit historical Bourges.

Had a great couple of days in the city. Fantastic site in a great location, staff are very helpful (speak good English if your French is a bit rusty). Site is 15 minutes walk to centre; great bars and restaurants, cathedral visit is a must.

Travelling party: Seniors

Nicely situated site with very good facilities. Nice to have a heated shower block in October! Used as a stop over on way home - this was or first time at this site but it won’t be our last.
