We went to this site because it was the nearest ACSI site to Guedelon, but still 45 minutes drive. This is a very natural (intentionally) site, left to nature. It is terraced, with slightly sloping pitches. The Dutch owners were very friendly. Sanitaires very clean and well maintained with toilet seats and loo paper! There is a swimming pool but it wasn\'t open in May when we were there. Our pain au raisins were delivered to the camper which was a nice touch. Free internet by the reception. It is a really, really quiet site with a village a short walk away. Dog walking in the woods around the site. Without a car, there is nothing else in the locality, but if you want to be in a very peaceful, back to nature environment this is for you.

Very friendly staff.Camping looks like a park with enough shadow and sun.Large campsites.Possibility of using a free spin-dryer. Camping is well maintained. Possible to walk directly from the camping. Day and night very quiet. Swimmingpool in the late season however too fresh.Clean sanitary, however in the weekends in the late season could be neater.

Reasonable, quiet site. San facilities acceptable but require some repairs. Many pitches are sloping & pooly drained. Owner is big on 'eco' & flys national flags of guests - frankly, I'd rather have all the taps working. Easy walk to village but no local shops (bread can be ordered), good canal-side cycle routes nearby. Free wi-fi.

What a find, in a natural surrounding, liken it to a CL in England. Do not expect trimmed pitches, but facilities immaculate. The Dutch family go out of their way to help you and bread delivered to your pitch each morning. Excellent camping, very green.

Splendid. Excellent welcome. Swimming pool superb, as were the sanitary facilities. Bread delivered to to pitch at 8.30 am. Could not be better. We were very happy to find this campsite again after a long gap, and will certainly return.

Site had been very wet before arrival which left some pitches very muddy. Took a long while to drain away. The appearance of the site in general is of a rustic nature, I know that they wish to be 'green', but there can be too much 'green'. More attention to tidying up some of the pitching areas is required.
Chemical toilet point is at the lowest point of the site, a long distance from some pitches. Very few points for grey waste water, had to use the motor van point.
General view - not bad for a few days. Might be better when weather and pitches are in a dry condition.

Travelling party: Family with children <4 years

We stayed here with our 2-1/2 year old son for five nights and were very impressed. The facilities were excellent and cleaned daily. There's even a bathroom specifically for kids with a baby change too which had rainfall showers! The pool was lovely and clean (if a bit deep and cold) and there's a kiddie pool with lots of water toys. Beautiful view from the pool. There's also a sandbox with loads of toys and a lot of playground equipment. The whole place is very kid-friendly. There are quite a few trees around the campsite and you don't feel like you're right on top of your neighbors. The owners are nice and helpful and speak English. The surrounding area seemed pretty quiet when we were there, but you can rent cycles from the campsite and go along the canal and there are some very pretty quintessential French towns nearby. There's a big grocery store only 10 minutes away too. We will definitely come here again sometime.

Used for 1st time as an overnight stop on way back from Spain. Good site, not too busy so owner allowed us a double-pitch to drive on one way and straight off the other in the morning! Signage for facilities could be better but that's a minor gripe. Would definitely use again.
