campsite ok. needs a spruce up. walking distance of Rochefort en terre .but as a previous reviewer has commented , you can walk around the town on about 30 mins. seen far more impressive villages in France than this. nothing against the campsite but not worth making a trip imho. each to their own

Travelling party: Couple

The staff member who booked us in was very helpful and spoke very good English. Some of the pitches would require motor movers but the one we used was very flat. We did not use the pool but there were lots who were so must have been good.
The campsite is just a short walk to the beautiful village of Rochefort-en-Tare. The on-site bar at the campsite was well used by those on site.

Travelling party: Seniors

Lovely little campsite, just a short walk from the quaint little village of Rochefort-en-terre. We stayed for 2 nights in September and the campsite was busy but not full. Lots of decent walking around. In addition to the short walk into R-en-T, there was a footpath through the woods down to the local lake, where there are lots of activities - the footpath starts in the Aire-de-Campingcar, just down the road.

Very nice site, friendly welcome, big private pitches, nice pool, toilets/showers a bit tired with lighting a bit temperamental, but lots of hot water, the town is very nice to visit, as is the lake. Stayed 4 nights, could easily have stayed longer, will be back.

Paden: gravel
Staanplaats: Op gras met loofbomen.
Sanitair: wat gedateerd incl papier.
Inkopen/ brood: In de kantine. Ook eenvoudige afhaal maattijden.
Restaurant: Momenteel alleen afhalen. Centrum 10 min.lopen 0.7 km.
Zwembad: Eenvoudig en open / overdekt
Geluid: stille camping
Minpunten: De betaalde WiFi is goedkoop maar eigenlijk een beetje gedoe
Eindoordeel: Een parkachtige super camping met ruime plaatsen. Het is 10 min.lopen naar het mooie oude plaatsje. Er zijn enige ambachtelijke ambachtelijke winkeltjes en er zijn een paar retaurantjes en creperies
Fietsen is wel een dingetje door de lange helling naar het stadje.
