Very friendly staff. We enjoyed our stay. As it was low season, we could choose where to park our camper van.
Just stayed here one night but might consider it for a longer stay.

On the edge of the town, quiet. A large site consisting of terraces, many under trees but some open.
It was end of season so we were able to use one of the pitches at the same level as the sanitaires. These are modern and clean. The pool (closed this late in the season) looks good and there is a children’s play area.
Family business and they were very welcoming and helpful.
Around 10/15 mins walk to supermarket, and to boulanger in the town.
Good walk round coast and over footbridge into Douarnenez.
Very pleased.

We have visited this site several times throughout the season and enjoyed our stay. The pitches are spacious and plentiful and the facilities are good. The location is perfect for all the local amenities, shops, port de plaisance, beaches bars and restaurants. Douarnenez is also just a short walk across the port Rhu garage.

For those wishing peace and quiet well away from noisy crowds then this is the campsite for you. Beware, however, that most pitches are located uphill (steep) from the reception, pool and sanitary facilities so anyone with breathing problems/difficulties would be well advised to look elsewhere in my opinion.
I have read reviews stating that the staff were unfriendly although my wife and I did not experience this in any form whatsoever.
That said, apart from generously sized pitches, this campsite really doesn\'t have much to offer and I am really surprised by the 4 star rating it has attracted. During out stay there was a constant smell of urine from the male WC\'s and stains on the floor and in the showers that were noted upon our arrival were still in evidence seven days later. Toilet paper had also to be requested from the management so there is definitely room for improvement from a cleanliness aspect of things. Females also have the benefit of separate cubicles whilst for the men everything is open for all to see which for anyone with medical conditions that perhaps they would wish to keep private is not possible. There was also no evidence of hand drying facilities or indeed soap/disinfectant following use of the urinals which in my opinion falls well short of the standard expected from a 4 star rated site. Even though the Fifa World Cup was taking place during our visit there was nothing laid on by the owners by way of TV for example for those guests wishing to view the matches. In fact once the office closed it was as though we wee alone on the planet with nothing in the way of facilities available. We were left with the impression that outside of the French holiday period this campsite was placed into sleeping mode with only the bear minimum being made available for visitors outside of this period.
Several months prior to our visit I personally telephoned and requested a pitch with a sea view being informed that row \'T\' met this requirement. I subsequently booked pitch number T9 only to find that a chalet hut was directly in front of the pitch blocking all possible views. As a result we requested a move over to pitch T8 (I believe this is the pitch shown in the image above) which was still available which gave a slightly better sea view although the hedgerow has grown considerably since the photograph was taken and the pitch would be better described as offering a glimpse of the sea as opposed to a view.

Supermärkte finden man in ca. 600m Entfernung.
Jederzeit gerne wieder

Afwaswater is goed heet.
