This was an end of season stay but the restaraunt was still open, as was the water park. The site is very good, with some pitches having sea views. We loved our time here.
Visited for 2 nights with some friends. Site staff were friendly and very helpful. The site is close to sandy beaches but a fair walk to to a ferry for the main town but achievable. Site was close to its closing day and is obviously popular in high season. Attractive pool area with pleasant bar alongside and restaurant (which we did not use) Toilet blocks were clean but the entire floor was wet! Not sure why?
We had a very good holiday at this campsite. Being close to the beach was very useful.
Bon camping, avec malgré tout un petit reproche concernant le réglage des détecteurs de présence qui, trop court, nous bloquait dans l\'obscurité dans la cabine de douche.
We love this site. It\'s within a 20/30 minute walk into Concarneau via small ferry. The campsite was undergoing a big refurb of the childrens play area which will be fantastic when complete, (almost done as we left end June 2019)
Staff very friendly and helpful. Excellent facilities but showers, as in many sites, are a bit small and for a \'larger \' person could be a challenge! Would go back anytime as lovely site, near beach, quiet and ckean and good facilities. What\'s not to like?
Not a quiet family campsite.
We have been coming here for many years and loved it, but will not be returning.
The campsite is now welcoming large groups of youths ( not a problem in itself) who are allowed to play loud music and shout at the tops of their voices until at least 2am with no action from the management of the site.
The site requires payment up front so if we decide to move on early we lose money, but it’s worth it
tout trés bien !!! sauf le bar resto gérant désagréable
Restauration et services pas le top et pour la piscine trop de règlements pour le bar encore règlements et pas de service à table.
A really nice, well run and well maintained site opposite a shingle beach (on our arrival the beach was not very clean or inviting but was cleaned up after a few days). The site itself is excellent with a variety of slightly sloping grass pitches varying in size but most with views over the bay towards Concareau itself. Showers/toilets spotlessly clean. Lovely pool area and a small bar/cafe where the food was acceptable. A few minutes drive from the site is Concarneau itself with a lovely old town (Ville Close) full of shops, & good restaurants within the ramparts and street entertainers most days. A passenger ferry takes visitors from a car park on the site side of the harbour (10 minutes drive or 1 hour walk from the site) to Ville Close and the town beyond which again has many restaurants. A bus (cost 1 Euro) runs from the site to the town via local suburbs. Several large supermarkets within a short drive. Highly recommended.
Stayed for 2 nights but would have stayed longer If we could have.Great site for walking along coast, lovely walk into Concarneau which was a Nice place with bars and Restaurants. We had a lovely big pitch, all the pitches seemed ok all of various sizes with Hedges.Fantastic heated pool.Nice bar and Restaurant area although we only had a drink.Staff really friendly and helpful.
