Travelling party: Couple

Stayed on this site in September & cannot comment on what it\'s like in peak season but at this time of the year it was absolutely idyllic.

The site is in a lovely setting in a small valley (the name should give it away) & has a lovely ambiance - the pitches don\'t feel boxed in as on many French sites, with water & drainage next to each pitch. We were invited to choose our own pitch.

The sanitation blocks are reasonably modern & kept immaculately clean by the proprietor who visits the blocks several times a day. The toilets are the standard type with seats but make sure that you take a toilet roll with you!

The proprietor is very friendly & helpful, providing a map of the area & suggesting where to walk to. Croissants & bread, etc are available to order as per most French campsites & are some of the best that we have ever had. Chapeau to the baker!

The beach is beautiful & massive but 700m downhill (meaning 700m uphill coming back), although well worth it for the quality of this site.

We can\'t really comment on the child friendliness or sports facilities because we don\'t need either.
