Lovely campsite. Flat, marked out pitches. Friendly atmosphere. Beautiful swimming pool; children would love it. Large alfresco eating/drinking area overlooking pool.It\'s a 10min uphill walk to Bidart centre but complimentary bus tickets are available for the asking at reception. Ticket valid for 24hrs. My only gripe was some of the shower units in the communal area were locked to maintain water pressure. This caused a small queue for showers on a few mornings while at the same time there were many shower units vacant in the \"women/only\" section. There isn\'t a \"men/only\" section. Isn\'t that discrimination?

This campsite is rather regulated and neither of us liked wearing the wrist bands, but it is a lovely campsite. The pools are to die for. Very friendly staff, lovely village up the hill, and not far from Biarritz.

Excellent site to visit over the border from Spain toilet & shower facilities great swimming pools are excellent! Pitches generous and private. Free bus into Biarritz which is worth a visit just get tickets from reception they are every hour and takes about 20 mins to reach Biarritz.

Very nice site. Modern & clean. Good drainage - torrential rain most of the 5 days we were there! Easy walk to beach and Bidart centre. Excellent pool area. Somewhere for a real holiday rather than a stop over. Would stay longer next time.

After problems with previous campsite wash rooms we now take particular care when choosing where to stay. This campsite has new and modern toilet and showers and they are very clean and well maintained. The swimming pool is good and we did not get told off for wearing bordies and a bikini contrary to previous reviews. The pitches are also very nice and well maintained. A great place to stay whilst visiting Biarritz as really easy and cheap.

Nice flat pitch. Toilets are superclean and up-to-date.....all campsites should come here to learn about hygiene and layout!!! We didn't use the pool but it looked good - be aware though men must wear budgie smugglers!!!! No shorts, no swimming trunks....just speedos!! Ladies, no bathing suits with a skirt! A regular bus takes you into Biarritz. The beach is about a 10 minute walk away.....not the nicest walk but the beach itself is clean. Although we did see several dogs doing their business and the owners did not pick it up.....disgusting!!! The was mostly to in the bushes and not on the main beach. We did want to cycle into Biarritz but it's quite hilly and there are no cycle paths and lots of traffic!

Nice level late site with good sized pitches. Taps on pitches switched off so some distance to nearest tap. Only one toilet block in operation which was a bit of a hike! Very limited 'shop' in reception and not shops in vacinity. Pools good. Easy bus ride into Biarritz. Level walk alongside river to beach.

Stayed 7 nights & paid for 6 with Acsi & good value. Good access as large pull in at reception. You go & pick your own pitch & there was plenty of choice at he beginning of June. Many pitches have a hard standing area with grass at the side so good spacious pitches. The pool area was lovely & the indoor pool structure amazing! The weather wasn't so good on a few days so we spent sometime in the wonderful indoor complex. However we also had a few very hot days so then the outdoor pool was most welcoming! The shared sanitaries were spotlessly clean at all times. The bar area was nice & drinks at reasonable price. The meal we ate here was fine. You could order bread etc each morning. The staff were very friendly & English was spoken. The wifi was expensive - it was free around bar area but didn't work for me but when I purchased it then it worked ok. We couldn't really cycle in the area as main busy roads & very hilly! You did get a little bit of road noise at night. Overall a very clean tidy site which we would fully recommend.

Large family-orientated site just a short walk from a nice sandy beach at Bidart. It was busy when we stayed in late July, lots of families. Our pitch was near the pool complex and the noisy disco kept us awake until midnight. It seemed to be well attended. We only stayed one night. It's expensive if you don't make use of the extensive facilities.
