Travelling party: Couple

Very friendly welcome to the site.Pool area looked clean and well maintained.There has been a lot of rain over the last months and many pitches are water logged however we were directed to the most muddy pitches on the site where many vehicles had been bogged down and we were told to back in and keep the front wheels near the road.There had been no attempt made to level out the ruts or put down gravel to stop sinking.Grass and hedges overgrown.No hot water in showers.Staff aware

Travelling party: Couple

On arrival the site looks welcoming and well maintained. A different story on proceeding further on to the site, due to the amount of recent rain the grass pitches were in a poor state, we were asked to choose any pitch that we thought suitable as most were badly churned up. No effort had been made to rectify the damage done to the pitches, although the weather had been dry and sunny for several days. Also all the grass pitches were overgrown.
No fresh water at any of the pitches.
