Travelling party: Couple

Great campsite with good facilities. Good walks around although some fairly steep. Wonderful lakes and super pool that we used on a hot day in October! Dutch owners very helpful and it shows they love the job! Was using the site as a stopover but stayed two nights. WiFi good, satellite good but mobile phone signal poor. Nice touring area. Will return.

Fantastic, quite and secluded site hidden within the natural surroundings. Excellent sized pitches. Extremely well run by the family owners. Would highly recommend.

Our idea of heaven, no phone signal as tucked into a valley. Super warm swimming pool or swimming lake if you prefer. We visited early Sept and the site was not busy but not empty just right, owners delivered bread every morning but if you need more take it before pitching up as this site is nicely remote. Caught some nice carp and ate on the terrace bistro. Returning to here for sure, not everybody\'s cup of tea but certainly is ours.

Simply had to return again - this time for my 50th. Owners are amazing, so accommodating and keen to make your stay as enjoyable as possible. Lovely place, new pool, clean & tidy, rural/rustic, quiet and tranquil. Beautiful area to explore on foot and on bike. Nearby village (15-20min walk) has cash machine, restaurant, pharmacy and proxi market. Will return next year for sure - carp fishing is exceptionally good! Thank you Helen & Pete for making our stay so special x

Travelling party: Seniors

Stayed 3 nights at beginning of season in my motor home. Superb location, large well maintained pitches. Warm toilet and shower facility available.Owners most welcoming and bar even open 5- 7 pm although no other campers on the site!
Excellent walking in the area. Lakes are impressive and certainly looked to be well stocked with fish. Frog chorus soothing at night!!

Fabulous 4 night stay. Made even more enjoyable by the exceptional standard of Carp fishing - wild, lean, natural and not over fished. Fine specimens to be caught. We will definitely return, and can't wait to do so! The other wildlife in the area is outstanding too - beautiful butterflies, resident Jays, Beaver Rats (completely harmless and on an island) and wild deer. Lovely owners with a real passion for their business. Worth every Euro.
