General information
At Campsite Les Lacs in Soulac-sur-Mer (Gironde) camping costs as little as €17,- per night during low season with CampingCard ACSI. At one of the 98 touring pitches you will get a discounted rate during the period 01-04-2017 - 15-07-2017 and 01-09-2017 - 01-11-2017. At this campsite you can not only use your CampingCard ACSI for inexpensive camping, you can also use your ACSI Club ID (as an alternative ID).
This campsite offers everything you could wish for on holiday near the ocean. In addition you can enjoy two lovely swimming pools, one of them indoors and heated. Ideally located for trips out.

Travelling party: Seniors
My wife and I are travelling in an American A Class 11 meters long and we were pleasantly surprised at the assistance given to us by Patricia and Eric to accommodate our length and access. So yes Thumbs up to them and the general cleanliness of the site. We had Water plus Dumping facilities on our site and of course 10 amp supply. Would definitely consider staying there again. Our stay of 2 weeks in early October was well worth it.

Travelling party: Family with children, 12 - 18 years
We stayed 2 nights. The grounds are in a poor condition (scruffy) and the showers were the size of a toilet cubical with very hot water (too hot) which couldn't be controlled. There was a moules/frites night one evening and we asked if we could have an alternative meal (my son can't eat seafood) we were refused and told the nearest restaurant was 3.5 km. We were surprised and dissappointed at the overall tiredness of the site - we only booked this site over others as it was 5* so we were expecting as much. The beach is a 30 minute walk and the town at 40 minute walk - it's flat so bikes are a good idea.

Travelling party: Family with children, 12 - 18 years
Good site, clean facilities all round i.e. toilets and showers spotless, pitches private and clean (no water off season), playground great, pool fantastic (bit heavy on the chlorine), only fault is check the facilities by phone before you get there as some of them were not open off season (October).
Means a lot if coming a long distance and ferry from Royan is 46.90 euro one way. A beautiful place none the less.
