Travelling party: Couple

Fantastic site to visit the beautiful fairytale village of Limeuil. Very good facilities, friendly staff. Nice cycle to Sors & beyond but can be quite hilly. Would recommend

Travelling party: Seniors

The site was still very busy with families when we stayed at the end of August but in spite of this we were able to choose a very quiet pitch. Good toilet blocks with lovely hot water. The snack bar provided a very acceptable inexpensive evening meal. The site has a well stocked shop which is important for us as motor home owners, We would return again but in September when the site should be quieter.

Beautiful camp site we have stayed here 4 times now, lovely river for swimming very clean Pitches are ample sized , shower blocks very clean and lots of hot water, a lovely walk over the Bridges to a Bar that has Entertainment. Friendly owners; we are going back again July 2016

Travelling party: Couple

Superb site, run by the owners who demonstrated daily how much they care about this site and its visitors. Booked for one night and stayed 20 as we could not envisage finding a better place. Shop and bar open all the time and great food available in the evening. Large flat pitches, spotless sanitary block with plenty of hot water and excellent easy accessed facilities for motorhome fill up/waste. Even has a large lovely clean swimming pool with jacuzzi. And to top it off nothing here was too much trouble for the staff, even got a drink delivered to my door by the site owner. Oh, and free wifi. Other campsites look and learn.

Travelling party: Couple

We stayed in june 2014, what a wonderful site. All the charm of a rural site, with all the facilities you would expect, staff excellent, lovley pool, and river swimming, small restaurant and bar, beautiful area, close to many of the troglodyte sites. Bergerac and Salat, and all the other Dordogne villages within easy reach. I would highly recommend this site, Didier and his family work very hard to ensure your stay is relaxed and enjoyable.
Hope to return soon.

Christine Stevens, on this campsite in June 2014

Travelling party: Couple

Welcoming and helpful staff who had reserved a quiet pitch for us as we had requested. Useful to have a shop on site as no baker or grocery within walking distance.

Beautiful location and lovely local village. We enjoyed the river and the campsite beach very much.

Excellent walking with the dog using marked trails in the surrounding area.

Superb riverside site within walking distance of the village. Very attractive surroundings and only a short distance to local towns. Staff excellent, friendly and helpful. Site very well kept and with very good facilities.

Travelling party: Group of friends

We really enjoyed our stay on this site. Situated on the river with a pebble beach, good for swimming and canoe hire from next door to the site. Site owners very helpful and friendly. Plenty to do in the area.

Travelling party: Seniors

We stayed in june 2013 had a problem with car. Didia (site owner ) arranged with its local garage to repair car. The service was first class. The site was very clean and owners could not do enough to help even offered to take us shopping. When car was off rd lovely area first time there but would go back again. The toilets were clean and had soap to wash your hands. There were some bike rides in area but not many. Many thanks to all staff and owner!!
